I called in to schedule some service for my A/C which was not working and they scheduled a same day appointment. When the tech arrived, he was friendly and immediately got to looking at the problem. He found the problem and in about half an hour, it was fixed. Great and fast service. Thank you!

Air Serv sent someone out promptly and solved our problem which was nothing more than a loose flue fitting

Nick was top notch. Very personable with a quiet confidence and dry humor. I’m a first time home buyer so I had a tech come to do a maintenance check on the unit and was asking lots of questions; he was very patient, took the time to explain every aspect of what he was checking and the various parts of the A/C unit and how it worked. Very grateful. Plus, after a little detective work he was able to solve an issue that was created from the previous HVAC installation company!

Dont do business with this company. Air serv tech came out and looked at my HVAC system then set all my stages to run (driving my electric bill threw the roof) and told me to remove the wiring once the temperature was back to normal (which they shouldnt be advising anyone) and guaranteed it would work how it was supposed to. Then speaking with the owner after it didnt work and I had to have another company come check their work refused to refund me or partially refund me when I called to let them know their tech didnt fix the issue as advised. The owner refused to hear anything I had to say and said because I had another company come fix their mess up its not their priblem. If you want polite and good customer servce I suggest you look elsewhere
